Refund & Cancellation Policy for URCovered Services LLC

At URCovered Services LLC, we take pride in providing exceptional service and valuable digital resources. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy below for all bookings, services, and downloadable products.

1. Service Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that schedules change. To serve all clients fairly, the following policies apply:

Notary, Apostille, Transaction Coordination, Business Formation & I-9 Services:

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Partial Refund (50%): If cancellation is made within 12–24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the appointment or in the event of a no-show.

Rescheduling:

We allow one complimentary reschedule, as long as the request is made at least 6 hours in advance.

2. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content (eBooks, downloadable templates, guides, and online courses):

• All digital product sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued once a file is delivered or downloaded.

  • If you experience an issue with accessing your product, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Course Refunds (if applicable)

If offering digital courses in the future:

  • 100% refund available within 3 days of purchase if no content has been accessed.

  • No refunds will be issued after course material has been downloaded or accessed.

At this time, all URCovered Services LLC educational courses are offered free of charge. The course refund policy outlined above will apply only if and when paid courses are introduced.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue may result in suspension of future services and dispute of the chargeback with the payment processor.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
